• Photo Sets: When purchasing a set of images, all images within the set are covered under the selected license. They must be used together or separately within the permitted terms but cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone images.

2. Extended License

The Extended License provides additional rights, allowing you to use the digital product in end products that are intended for resale or distribution. This license is suitable for projects where the product will be incorporated into items that are sold or distributed.

• Unlimited Copies: There is no limit to the number of copies you can distribute.

3. Exclusive License

• AI-Generated Images: Upon purchasing an exclusive license for an AI-generated image, the image will be removed from our platform, ensuring no further sales. However, DigitalFiles.net retains the right to display it for portfolio purposes.

Photo Sets Usage

• Photo sets are licensed as a whole. Individual images from a set cannot be resold, sublicensed, or distributed separately.
• Each license applies to the entire set, meaning one license purchase grants usage rights for all included images under the chosen license type.
• Modifications are allowed, but selling modified versions as individual images is prohibited.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Some digital products, including images, may be AI-generated. While we ensure originality, AI-generated content does not always qualify for traditional copyright protection. By purchasing, you receive a license to use the image under the specified terms, but DigitalFiles.net does not guarantee copyright ownership over AI-generated works.
