Products

We sell digital design templates delivered as downloadable files. Product descriptions, required software, and specifications are shown on each product page.

Licenses

Your use of any template is governed by the license you purchase. See our Licenses page. The template files remain our intellectual property; you receive a license to use the design, not ownership of the source files.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled by Paddle at checkout.

Delivery and refunds

Products are delivered digitally per our Delivery Policy. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original template files. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalFiles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
