Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we handle refunds carefully. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Digital products

All templates are digital files delivered immediately after purchase via a download link. As a general rule, sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

When we offer refunds

• The file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we cannot resolve the issue.
• The product materially differs from its description.
• You were charged in error or duplicate-charged.

When we generally cannot offer refunds

• You changed your mind after downloading a working file.
• You lack the required software (listed on each product page) to open the file.
• You purchased the wrong item but the file was already downloaded.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the problem. Our payment processor, Paddle, acts as the merchant of record and may also assist with billing enquiries.
