Digital Downloads:
- Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a link and instructions to download your product files. This email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes of purchase.
- All documents and source files can also be accessed by logging into your Digitalfiles.net account and navigating to the “Orders” section.
Product Customization Requests:
- If you have requested any changes or customization to your purchased logo, you will receive an email notification once the updated files are ready for review or download.
Delivery Issues
- Non-Receipt of Files: If you do not receive the download instructions or your customized product files within the specified time frames, please contact us immediately.
- Email Address Accuracy: Ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct to avoid delays in delivery.
