License Types
When you purchase a digital item from DigitalFiles.net, you’re actually buying a license to use that item — not ownership of the item itself.
We offer different types of licenses depending on the kind of product you’re purchasing:
- Regular License and Extended License — for templates, graphics, backgrounds, and other design assets.
- Standard Logo License and Exclusive Logo Purchase — for logo templates, depending on whether you need non-exclusive or full exclusive rights.
Each license type explains what you can and cannot do with your purchased item. Please review the terms carefully before use to ensure compliance.
1. Regular License
The Regular License allows you to use the item in one single end product (personal or commercial use). You can modify the item to suit your needs, but you cannot resell, redistribute, or share it as a standalone file.
✔ What’s allowed:
- Use in one single end product (e.g., a company brochure, flyer, logo, or presentation).
- Use for personal, client, or business projects.
- The end product can be distributed for free (not for sale).
❌ What’s not allowed:
- You can’t resell or redistribute the original item “as-is.”
- You can’t include the file in another product that’s sold (like templates, bundles, or merchandise).
- You can’t claim exclusive rights or trademark the design as your own logo if it’s purchased under a Regular License.
2. Extended License
The Extended License includes everything in the Regular License plus additional rights for commercial resale.
You can use the item in products that are sold to end users, provided the item is part of a larger design or project and not offered as-is.
✔ What’s allowed:
- Use in unlimited end products for sale (e.g., templates, print-on-demand designs, marketing kits).
- Use for client projects that will be sold or distributed commercially.
- Modify, remix, or include the item as part of a larger creative work.
❌ What’s not allowed:
- You cannot resell or redistribute the item “as-is” (e.g., uploading the same file to another marketplace).
- You cannot claim exclusive ownership or copyright over the original item.

Non-Exclusive License
All licenses on DigitalFiles.net are non-exclusive. That means other customers may also purchase and use the same item under the same license terms.
Ownership & Copyright
All items remain the intellectual property of DigitalFiles.net and their respective creators. When you purchase, you’re granted a usage right (license) — not ownership of the file.
Support & Updates
Each purchase includes lifetime access to the original file and free re-downloads from your account. If the item is updated, you’ll automatically get the latest version.
