Refund Policy – DigitalFiles.net

1. No Refund on Digital Downloads
All products sold on DigitalFiles.net are digital files. Once a file is downloaded, the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate purchase made accidentally
- Download link not received or inaccessible due to a technical issue
You must contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
As all digital sales are final, any chargebacks filed after a successful download will be contested with evidence (download logs, invoices, etc.).
4. How to Request Support
To request consideration, you must email us at: hello@digitalfiles.net
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of issue
- Evidence (screenshots, emails, etc.)
We will review and respond within 5 days. If accepted, refund will be processed via original payment method (processing time depends on payment provider).
